Work Experience & Key projects
St. Ignatius Parish New and improved Website
From Simple to Modern | Jan 2022
While working as an intern I played a key role in creating a redesigned website. We worked with e-catholic, a third-party vendor. I joined video calls to learn how to use the tools for content creation. When my boss got into a serious auto accident I was critical in showing the parish staff how to manage content on the new website until he returned to full health.
RippleMatch Program Manager
May 2021 - Oct 2021
For this position, I scheduled, interviewed, and onboarded up to 10 candidates per week to expand campus recruitment and increase placement. In addition, I was responsible for tracking 40-50 candidates per week with daily exchanges with management about their progress. Finally, I often collaborated with other program managers to improve the hiring process.
Marketing Project: Airbnb Eco
May 2020
This semester-long project was created with three other classmates in my marketing principles course. The goal was to create a feasible marketing plan for an established company. We had to think outside the box and do intensive research on the company we choose. We then wrote out a 15-page marketing plan for this new idea for Airbnb which we called Airbnb Eco. The main objective of this new marketing plan was to give an eco-friendly and eco-minded approach to traveling in general.
